Dictaphone 2000008 Rechargeable Batteries for Dictaphone Portable Digital Voice Recorders Walkabout WA 5210 5215 5220 DTP2000008 DTP-2000008.

The Walkabout digital recorder models 5210/5215/5215DS/5220 are specially designed
to work with Dictaphone/Grundig Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, PN 2000008,
and provide intelligent monitoring of battery charge levels. Alkaline and other rechargeable
batteries, although they can be used with the Walkabout recorders, cannot
be charged in the Walkabout recorder. Attempting to charge rechargeable batteries
other than those provided by Dictaphone/Grundig and designated for these models,
may damage the recorder. This activity is not covered under the product warranty or
service contract.
When Dictaphone/Grundig rechargeable batteries are used:
• The Walkabout recorder is capable of giving both a visual and audible warning when
the battery level is low.
• If the batteries are close to being fully depleted and the recorder is in use, recorder
operation is shut down gracefully and any dictation in progress is saved. With any
other batteries, your dictation could be lost.
